6 Wochen in Kreuzberg direkt am Kanal

Wir ziehen um und vermieten unsere wunderschöne und helle Wohnung am Landwehrkanal in Kreuzberg für einen Monat. Wir sind etwas flexibel mit den Ein und Auszugsdaten. Fragt uns einfach! Die Miete bezieht sich auf den gesamten Zeitraim von 6 Wochen.

Die Bilder sind nicht ganz aktuell, da viele Möbel nicht mehr da sein werden. Wir werden aber Folgendes bereit stellen:

- ein Futon mit bezogenen Bettzeug (2 Personen)
- Lampen
- Nachttisch
- Badmöbel
- Küchenzeile mit Herd und Kühlschrank
- Tisch mit zwei Stühlen in der Wohnküche

Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock im Vorderhaus eines sanierten Altbaus. Der Blick geht auf den Kanal. Der Graefekiez mit seinen Cafés und Läden ist direkt vor der Haustür. Die U1 und die U8 sind nur etwa 5-10 Minuten entfernt.

We move out and sublet our beautiful and bright appartement wtih view on the Kanal in Kreuzberg for one month. We are flexible with the moving in and moving out dates. Just ask! The price is for the whole of 6 weeks.
The pictures are not up-to-date because we will have taken much of the furniture out. We will however provide you with what you need:

- one bed (2 people) and bedclothes
- lamps
- bedside table
- bathroom furniture
- kitchen furniture with stove and fridge
- table and two chairs in the kitchen

Location:
The appartement is on the 3rd floor of a classic Berlin old house looking at the Kanal. The "Graefekiez" with many bars, restaurants and shops is just outside the door. The U8 and the U1 are just a 5 to 10 minutes walk away.
