The room is in a newly-built dorm called The Fizz. It has everything you will need in your university days: bed, table, chair, bookshelf, kitchen, toilet and LOTS of space for your belongings!!
My room is located on the 5th floor and you will see the inner garden when you open your window. It is also oriented to the North-West, but it is quite warm in winter. In the summer, the thick curtains prevent you from melting and it remains quite fresh inside. It is really well isolated (I barely hear my neighbors) and if you need anything, the House Manager and the Fizzy Team are always there to help you so that you only have to concentrate on studying (and having fun!)

Located in Kreuzberg, it is close to the city center (15 min to Alex) and to Ostbahnhof (10 min). The bus stop is located in front of the main door (lines 165, 265), and you will need 7 min to the U-Bahn station Heinrich-Heine-Straße (U8). S-Bahn can be also reached in 10 min, as well as bus lines 140 and 147.
Also, you will be in class in no time if you live at The Fizz: 20 min to Humboldt Universität zu Berlin (HU) and 30 min to the Technische Universität (TU).
Apart from the apartment, at The Fizz one has access to the common garden, the study room, the common kitchen where one can cook dinner with friends or even do a barbeque in the warm summer nights.
Games and consoles, a beer pong table, vacuum cleaner, ironing board or an extra bed for an unexpected visitor can be borrowed. As well, lots of community events are organized such as movie or gaming nights, workshops, etc.
In the washing room located at the basement, there are plenty of washing machines and driers. A bike parking at the basement will also prevent your bike from being stolen. If you play an instrument, there is also a room for you to practice. And if you need more storage space, you can have it!!
