Hello everyone,
I am renting out this apartment for one month. I have found a long-term solution for myself that starts today.
Therefore, I would like to try and avoid paying two rents.
The location of this apartment is very good. It is just a few minutes walk to the S-Bahn/U-Bahn station Yorckstrasse and is literally a 10 second walk to the Victoria Park.
Please know that this apartment is only available for 1 month.
You can come visit the apartment anytime today (1.7) or after 18:30 during the week.
If you stay in the apartment, you can sell the remaining furniture ( fridge, 2 couches, a table, wardrobe and a bed) as well as I will not be taking them with me and do not have the time to sell them.
Some furniture has already been moved, therefore the pictures are not very up to date.
