Hi,
I'm searching for a new tenant for the one-room apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg located directly at Landwehrkanal. Unfortunately, due to Corona I need to move away and leave this beautiful apartment.
The apartment is available for at least one year from April 1st.
One spacious room, new and fully equipped kitchen, a large and quiet balcony that gets a lot of sun. 41 m2.
I have fully furnished the apartment last year with a lot of high-quality furniture/ accessoires (e.g. bed from made.com, cutlery from WMF). As I'm moving abroad, I would like the new tenant to take over everything. I spent 6,000 EUR for furnishing the place and ask for 3,000 EUR from the new tenant.
Anmeldung is possible.
