Die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Paul-Linke-Ufer (Maybachufer) in Kreuzberg, inklusive Markt, etlichen Bars, Clubs, Essensmöglichkeiten etc. Sehr zentral. Ideal um Berlin kennenzulernen/ Urlaub zu machen o.ä. Insgesamt ist sie etwas dunkel, aber die Gegend gleicht das definitiv aus. Sehr entspannte Nachbarn.
Der Preis von 600 bezieht sich auf einen Monat, die gesamte Zeit wären 820 Euro.
Hello! I rent my apartment until the end of May. Shorter stays may be possible, let me know for how long you would want the apartment! The apartment is beautifully located, in close proximity to Paul-Linke-Ufer (Maybachufer) in Kreuzberg including a market nearby (2x week), several bars, clubs, dining options etc.. Very central. Ideal to get to know Berlin/ for vacation and so on.
The apartment is a bit dark, but the area makes up for it. Very relaxed neighbors.
600 Euro is for one mount, the whole time is 820.
