Wohnung zum Untermieten, 35 m², Anmeldung möglich

Ich biete meine Wohnung zum Untermieten ab 01. November bis 31. Januar. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich, weil ich umziehe. Nachdem die Dauerzeit beendet, gibt es keine Garantie, dass Sie hier weiter wohnen dürfen. Eine Verlängerung als ein Hauptmieter*in kommt auf die Hauswervaltung an.

Ich habe in dieser Wohnung für fast zwei Jahre gewohnt und entschieden, endlich umzuziehen. Das heißt, werde ich die Wohnung meistens mobliert verlassen. Es wird geben, eine Einbauküche, einen Kühlschrank (81x50x61), einen Schreibtisch, ein Bücherregal, einen Esstisch (120x80), eine Waschmaschine, und ein paare kleine Teppiche. (Die Pflanzen, Matratze, und die Reste bringe ich mit.)

Die Gesamtwohnfläche ist 35 m². Es gibt nur ein Zimmer, das große Hauptzimmer in den Fotos. Es gibt auch eine Badezimmer mit einem Duschvorhang und eine Küche (EBK) und den kleinen Kühlschrank. Man schaut aus den Fenster ins Hinter/Mittelhof. Also die Wohnung liegt im Vorderhaus am ersten Etage, links.

Ich ziehe am Montag 31. Oktober aus und sie dürfen am 01. November einziehen. Die Warmmiete kostet 500€ pro Monat und die Nebenkosten sind 121€ pro Monat, die WLAN und Strom. Die Kaution für Sie kommt zu 500€. Zurzeit kostet die Heizung nichts extra, aber nur weil sie in der Warmmiete enthalten ist und wenn wir zu viele bis dem Ende 2022 benutzten, könnten wir mehr berechnet werden.

Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich durch ebay, wenn Sie Interesse dafür haben. Ich möchte einen Besichtigungstermin, sodass Sie die Wohnung sehen können und ich Sie treffen kann, bevor wir einen Vertrag unterschreiben. Ich und die Hauswerwaltung würden eine Kopie Ihres Pass mit Fotos benötigen, wenn wir zustimmen.

I'm offering my apartment to subrent 01. November to 31. January. A registration is possible, because I'll be moving. After the period has ended, there's no guarantee that you'll be allowed to continue to live here. Any offer of a new contract with the landlord as main renter is up to the landlord.

I've lived in this flat for almost two years, but have finally decided to move. That means I'll be leaving the flat mostly furnished, which will include a built-in kitchen, a fridge (81x50x61), a desk, a bookcase, a dining table (120x80), a washing machine, and a few small rugs. (The plants, mattress, and the rest I'll be bringing with me.)

The flat area totals 35 m². There's only one room which is the large main room in the photos. There's also a bathroom whose shower has a curtain and curtain ready, and a kitchen with the small fridge. The windows look out into the back courtyard. The flat lies in the front house on the first floor to the left.

I'm moving out Monday 31. October and you'll be allowed to move in on 01. November. The total rent before utilities totals 500€/month and the utilities cost 121€ per month, which include the wifi and energy. The deposit for you comes to 500€. At this time the heat doesn't cost extra since it's included with the rent. However, keep in mind we could still be charged extra for too much heat used after the end of this year.
