Sehr schöner Kiez in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zwei Parks, Spree, Bioladen, Cafés, 600 m bis zum gerade angesagtesten Kiez Berlins (Wrangelkiez). Dennoch grün und ruhig. Wohnung hat grossen 6 qm Balkon in einen weiten, grünen Innenhof, Stuck, abgezogene Dielen, grosses Bücherregal, schicke Hifi-Anlage usw.
Mietpreis: 480 € pro Monat incl. aller Nebenkosten.
We rent our beautiful flat in a calm area - close to two parks, the river, cafés and many clubs. Very calm and green though. One room with high ceilings, a wooden floor, a huge (!) balcony facing a green courtyard and a great sound system.....

Rent is 480 € per month including everything.
Wohnung liegt im "Kungerkiez" - zwischen Kreuzberg (Wrangelkiez) und Neukölln. Spree ist nur 5 min zu Fuss entfernt. Joggingstrecke im Grünen direkt vor der Tür, ebenso wie Supermärkte und LPG Biomarkt. Zum Görlitzer Park sind es 3 min. - zum Treptower Park 7 min zu Fuss. Dazu einige Cafés - aber nicht zu viele. Nette Leute wohnen hier in der Strasse, viele Familien, weniger Touristen - man kennt sich im Kiez! Dennoch - zum Partykiez Wrangelstrasse sind es auch nur 5 min.
The apartment is close to two parks and near the Spree with an open air swimming pool. A nice, green and rather calm area. Just around the corner, there are some of the most fancy clubs of Berlin.
Tomorrow 19.4.2015 we will show the flat from 3. - 5. p.m. We have one apartment in the front house and one in the back house for rent for almost the same time....
