The flat is in Glogauerstr, 10999 Berlin, second floor.
It faces the hinterhof which is way more silent than the street.
Is a one room 35sqm with a 9sqm loft bed 180x200cm. Under the loft, there is an office desk, shelves, a corner for clothes. Outside the loft there is a table, a fridge, and there should be a sofa soon (I sold mine and waiting to get the new one).
There’s one big window, that provides a lot of light.
There is a very small but equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dryer. There is a small bathroom with shower. At the entrance there’s shelves for shoes.
The area is great, at the border of Kreuzberg and Neukölln. It’s 2 minutes from the Maybachufer, Görlitzer Park and other renown areas with restaurants, bookshops, breweries, cafè and bars. There is a bus stop just in front of the building for the bus M29 that brings to many key points of the city. You can also reach the U1 in 10’ minutes by foot (1km), or Hermanplatz in 15’ minutes by foot (1.3km), or Schönleinstr. in 13’ minutes by foot (1.2km).
I'm a designer and musician living in Berlin. Because of work, I'll be out of town for a long time. The apartment is cozy, ideal for one person or a couple. It is fully equipped for summer and winter. You can smoke at the window, and unfortunately you cannot have pets.
