Subtenancy in student dormitory (25.03.24 - 24.04.24)

Hey,
ich suche einen Zwischenmieterin für mein Zimmer in einem Studentenwohnheim. Du solltest dafür aktuell an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert sein und weil das Bad mit einer Nachbarin geteilt wird, vermiete ich nur an Frauen.
Das Zimmer ist vom 25.03.24 bis zum 24.04.24 frei und die Miete beträgt 400€ warm.


Es ist ein sehr kleines Zimmer, befindet sich in einem alten Wohnheim und wird bis auf die Möbel komplett leer sein.
Im Zimmer ist ein Einzelbett, ein Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regal und Kleiderschrank vorhanden.
Das Bad teilst du dir wie gesagt mit einer Nachbarin und die Küche mit der gesamten Etage. Im Keller gibt es zudem Waschmaschinen und Trockner.
WLAN ist vorhanden.

I'm looking for a subtenant for my room in a student dormitory. You should be currently enrolled at a university and because the bathroom is shared with a neighbor, I only rent to women.
The room is free from 25.03.24 to 24.04.24 and the rent is 400€ warm.

It's a very small room, located in an old dormitory and will be completely empty except for the furniture.
The room includes a single bed, a desk, chair, shelf, and wardrobe.
As mentioned, you will share the bathroom with a neighbor and the kitchen with the entire floor.. There are also washing machines and dryers in the basement.
Wifi is available.
