Du hast sie gefunden. Die Oase in Berlin Lichtenberg, nahe der HTW Berlin. Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert mit einem Zimmer mit Kleiderschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Esstisch und 2 Stühlen. Die Küche ist im Flur eine kleine Pantry mit zwei Kochplatten, einer Mikrowelle und diverses Geschirr. Das Bad ist separat mit Dusche. Von mir bekommst du einige Produkte als Start.
Du brauchst dich generell um nichts zu kümmern, das Wichtigste ist bereits vorhanden. Internet gibt es selbstverständlich auch. Deine Wäsche kannst du in einem Gemeinschaftswäscheraum waschen.

You've found it. The oasis in Berlin Lichtenberg, close to HTW Berlin. The apartment is fully furnished with one room equipped with a wardrobe, bed, desk, office chair, dining table, and two chairs. The kitchen is a small pantry in the hallway with two cooking plates, a microwave, and various kitchenware. The bathroom is separate and has a shower. As a start, I will provide you with some products.
You won't need to worry about anything in general, as the essentials are already available. Of course, there is also internet access. You can wash your laundry in a communal laundry room.
5 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß ist die HTW Berlin mit dem Campus Treskowallee. Nebenan ist eine Tramstation und die U-Bahn Station Tierpark ist in etwa 10 Minuten erreicht. Der S-Bahnhof Karlshorst ist mit der Tram in 5 Minuten erreicht. Ideal ist die Wohnung für Studierende der HTW Berlin oder HU Berlin. Mit der U5 kommt man sehr schnell zum Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden und dem Hauptbahnhof.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es am Tierpark 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort gibt es Lidl, Rewe, DM, Rossmann.
Das Fitnessstudio FITX ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Ansonsten gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am S-Bahnhof Karlshorst: Penny, Rossmann, Netto und Bio Company.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber sehr gut angebunden.
Wenn du ein Auto besitzt, gibt es in der Nähe sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

The S-Bahnhof Karlshorst can be reached in 5 minutes by tram. The apartment is ideal for students of HTW Berlin or HU Berlin. The U5 subway line provides quick access to Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden, and the main train station.
