Helle 1-Raum Wohnung zu vermieten (01.07.24 bis 31.08.24)

Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung von Ende August 2024. Beginn und Ende des Mietzeitraums können um wenige Tage angepasst werden.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und auch sonstige Gegenstände für den täglichen Gebrauch sind vorhanden. Da ich nach dieser Zeit wieder einziehe, würde ich einige private Dinge in der Wohnung lassen, ich räume aber natürlich genügend Regale für deine Sachen frei.

Da ich weiterhin in der Wohnung gemeldet bin und auch meine Post dort ankommt, wäre es wichtig, dass jemand in der Wohnung ist, der kein Problem hätte, die Post regelmäßig zu meinen Eltern zu schicken (natürlich gegen Kostenerstattung).

Die Gesamtmiete vom 01.07.24 bis zum 31.08.24 würde insgesamt 1.000 Euro betragen. Außerdem nehme ich 300 Euro Kaution, die sofort bei der Übergabe erstattet wird. Es ist wichtig, dass die Gesamtmiete, sowie die Kaution, gesamt zum Einzugstermin, gerne auch mit Schlüsselübergabe, überwiesen werden. Ich behalte mir vor, einen Teil der Kaution einzubehalten, wenn Dinge in der Wohnung nicht mehr in dem Zustand sind, wie ich sie zurückgelassen habe.

I am renting out my 1-room apartment from the end of August 2024. The start and end of the rental period can be adjusted by a few days.

The apartment is fully furnished and other items for daily use are also available. Since I will be moving back in after this time, I would leave some personal things in the apartment, but I will of course clear enough shelves for your things.

Since I am still registered in the apartment and my mail also arrives there, it would be important to have someone in the apartment who would have no problem sending the mail to my parents regularly (for a fee, of course).

The total rent from July 1st, 2024 to August 31st, 2024 would be 1,000 euros. I am also taking a 300 euro deposit, which will be refunded immediately upon handover. It is important that the total rent and the deposit are transferred in full on the move-in date, preferably when the keys are handed over. I reserve the right to keep part of the deposit if things in the apartment are no longer in the same condition as I left them.
