I am looking for a Nachmieter for my nice clean sunny apartment in a new 10-floor building located just at U/S Berlin Lichtenberg. 10th floor, big windows, lots of light, high ceiling (>3m), big bathroom with shower and washing machine connection, EBK (fitted kitchen), laminat, ceramic tile in the bathroom. Convenient location: U/S Bahn, buses, 15 min to Alexanderplatz, Lidl just next to the building, shops in the Lichtenberg railway station open on Sundays, etc.
The apartment is in a very good condition (First tenant in February 2013).
I would really love to hand over my furniture (bed sofa, table+chairs, kitchen cupboards, desk with Ikea EXPEDIT shelf, etc.) and fridge for half the price but it is not a must.
The apartment is available from 01.09.2014. Currently my total rent (Warmmiete) for it is 570 EUR but most probably it will change for the new tenant.

Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne, saubere und helle 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem neuen Gebaude, das gerade am U/S Berlin Lichtenberg liegt. 10. OG, große Fenster, sehr hell, höhe Zimmerdecke (>3m). Große Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschinenanschluss, EBK, hochwertige Bodenbeläge, komplette Fensterfront. Verkehrsgünstig (U/S Bahn, Bussen, 15 Min. zum Alexanderplatz), gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl gerade neben, mehrere Geschäfte am Lichtenberg Bahnhof, die Sonntags geöffnet sind, usw.).
Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand (Erstbezug - Februar 2013).
Ich würde sehr gern einige von meinen Möbel (Eckbettsofa, Tisch+Stühle, Schreibtisch mit Ikea EXPEDIT Regal 2x4, Kleiderschrank, usw.) und den Kühlschrank verkaufen aber das ist nicht obligatorisch.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 01.09.2014 verfügbar. Die Warmmiete beträgt für mich derzeit 680€, wird aber sicherlich bei Neuvermietung geändert.
