Da ich im Ende Februar aus Berlin wegziehe suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer Musiker-WG.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 qm gross und kostet 376 Euro (incl. Strom, Gas, DSL, Betriebskosten)
keine Kaution
Da wir neben einem Haus voller Bandübungsräumen wohnen ist es bei uns möglich ohne weiteres bis 10 Uhr abends
laut Musik zu hören und zu machen. Ich selbst hatte die letzten 3 Jahre hier mein Studio und hatte nie Ärger.
Für Leute die die Stille suchen oder konzentriert studieren müssen ist das nichts.
Falls benötigt kann ich dir eine Matraze (3 Monate alt), 1 Metalregal, 1 Kleiderständer und grosse Tischplatte
überlassen.
