Ich bin für mindestens 5 Wochen nicht in der Stadt, vielleicht sogar auch etwas länger, für die Zeit (unter-)vermiete ich meine gemütliche 1 Zimmer Wohnung (ca. 21 m²) - sie hat ein gemütliches großes Bett, offene Fenster die viel Tageslicht reinlassen und genug Platz zum Arbeiten.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, einem eigenen Bad und einer eigenen Küche - sie ist vollausgestattet, inkl. TV und PS3, sowie vielen Lichterketten für ein schönes Ambiente und in der Küche findet man auch alles was man braucht.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Im Innenhof ist eine große Grünfläche mit einer Tischtennisplatte, einem Volleyballnetz und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Fahrräder und ggf. Autos kann man da auch gut parken.

Der in der Anzeige angegebene Preis bezieht sich auf eine Monatsmiete. Sehr gutes WLAN und andere Nebenkosten inklusive.
Für die Zeit werde ich von dir (euch) eine kleine Kaution verlangen, über die Höhe können wir gerne reden.

I am not going to be in the city for at least 5 weeks, maybe even a little longer. During that time I'm (sub) renting my cozy 1 room apartment (approx. 21 m²) - it has a cozy large bed, open windows that let in plenty of daylight and enough space to work or study.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen - it is fully equipped, including TV and PS3, as well as many fairy lights for a nice ambience and in the kitchen you will also find everything you need.
The apartment is on the ground floor. In the courtyard is a large green area with a table tennis table, a volleyball net and many seating options. Bicycles and possibly cars can also be parked there.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
The price refers to a monthly rent (4 weeks). Very good WiFi and other utilities included.
I will ask you to make a small deposit,we can agree together on the amount.
