A 43 sqm furnished apartment on the first floor is up for rent for 3 weeks (29th April to 21st May) as I will be out for the duration (You can move in on 28th evening, I'll be out by night).
It's 6-7 mins walks from S+U Lichtenberg where you’ll get U5 and plenty of Sbahns and RB to different direction. 15 mins to Alexanderplatz.
The apartment has a large bedroom/living room with a double bed, sofa and a big work-desk. The kitchen is about 12sqm, big and with necessary pots/pans and cutleries. The bathroom has a bathtub, wash machine as well.
It has a small balcony facing the street and great to sit there listening to birds singing all day long 😉
The rent for the whole duration would be 450 (I pay 700/month) that includes everything (gas, water, electricity, internet etc.) and a deposit of 150 euros just in case (to be refunded the next day after you leave the apartment and everything in the apartment is in order).
