Because of the smoke detectors , smoking in the room and hallway is really not possible. Smoking is just possible in the kitchen. Otherwise they could turn on.
The building rules doesn't allow pet (small ones such as fish are okay though).

Wegen der Rauchmelder ist das Rauchen in den Zimmern und auf dem Flur nicht möglich. Rauchen ist nur in der Küche möglich. Wenn nicht, schalten sie sich ein!
Die Hausordnung erlaubt keine Haustiere (kleine Tiere wie Fische sind jedoch erlaubt).
