ich möchte meine Wohnung untervermieten, da ich beruflich unterwegs bin. Sie ist frei vom 3.6. - 15.7. (evtl. 1/2 Tage flexibel absprechbar). Insgesamt sind das dann 975€ Miete.
Ich ziehe selber jetzt erst in die Wohnung ein, daher gibt es noch keine weiteren Fotos. Die Wohnung ist neu und ich bin die erste Mieterin.
Aus diesem Grund ist es mir auch wichtig, jemanden zu finden, der sehr zuverlässig, sauber, ordentlich und ruhig ist und Lust hat, sich um meine Pflanzen zu kümmern.

I am only moving in at the beginning of May, so I am looking for a very responsible, clean and quiet person, who can also take care of my plants. The flat is new and I am the first tennant, so I would like to come back into a new flat after the 6 weeks :-)
Es ist ein ruhiges Wohngebiet. Bushaltestelle ist ca. 5 min entfernt. Es gibt einen Bus zur U6 oder S2. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 5 min zur SBahnStation Lichtenrade (S2). Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
It's a quiet living area. There is a bus 5 min away, going to SLichtenrade (S2) or U6 (Mariendorf).
You can also walk to S2 (15min) or bike (5min).
Closest grocery store: 10min byfoot.
