Hi all, I'm looking to rent out my apartment while I'm away. It's simple, clean but cosy, everything you need. It would suit someone who perhaps is looking to get started in Berlin, is in between places, or just visiting the city for a month or two.
My neighbors are quiet and old, so looking for someone who is fairly quiet and tidy as well. There is a separate kitchen, a large desk, a bed, WIFI, and a separate shower/bath/toilet and a small hallway. The building has an elevator and stairs. The location to transport, parks and supermarkets is great — just two minutes to the S7 subway, buses out the front, and an Edeka supermarket 3 minutes away, and a number of lovely parks for walking around the place. This time of year the magnolia tree is flowering, as well as so many different colored bulbs! Aldi, Rewe and Lidl only 10 mins walk.
Couples are possible, but I would perhaps change a little bit more to cover the bills.
