This bright and airy studio flat is an authenthic Berlin millennial home. Full of eclectric art and skandi-cool interior , located in a low key and residential area, this flat and its neighbourhood guarantees a real experience. The Sprengelkiez is full of cute cafes and restaurants tourist have not discovered.
The studio is divided into sleeping and living. The double bed with 6 pillows and a comfortable mattress, will guarantee a great sleep. The shelf splits the room in half, which leaves you to have a nice living space with a smart TV.
The bathroom with a big tube is huge and a real wellness area. To come home after a long day and put some essential oils into my bathtub is one of my favorite things to do.
The flat has high speed internet and all bills are included.
In the backyard, there is a green garden where you can read, have a picknick with friends or just a chat with the neighbours.
Mitte is a 10 min walk on the canal, Moabit just across the bridge and the lake just up the road.
For everyone who loves Berlins city vibes, but also enjoys getting
to know locals, this location is a perfect pick!
The flat is located in the heart of the Sprengelkiez, in a one way street. This makes it super quiet, with enough options of owner based restaurants, cafes, bars , a organic flower shop and bio supermarket.
Parks and the canal are a 3 min. walk away and the Plötzensee a short bike ride.
The U9 Amrumerstr. is the closes Station, but also the Ring at Sbahn Wedding is at your convenience.
People love the Sprengelkiez, for its laid back vibe, its autntic neigbourhood ( all the shop owners know the locals ) and its lush green and wide steets. Since one has the options of the U9, U6 and the ring, easy access to everywhere in Berlin is a bonus.

I like living here, as my ceilings are high, the bathroom is huge and everyone is in the house really friendly.
But mostly it's the location which the main reason I still live here
