Hi there,
Since I am planning to travel for 3 weeks in January would like to offer my 1 room flat right in the center (perfect location near Torstrasse with cozy cafes, park etc.) with the separated kitchen, bath tube and the balcony.
It's fully furnished and has all necessary conditions for living.
Looking for a tidy person, it's very important to keep apartment cleaned and without any breaking.
No animals and No parties (Flat and neighbors are quite)
Allowing to smoke only on the balcony.
I mentioned dates from 5th January, but dates could change, I still didn't buy tickets.
If my vacation will prolong till 1 month, then rent will be for 4 weeks and cost 1000 Eur and deposit also will be 1000 Eur. Deposit will back after some days move out. The prices as warm rent.
With the some reasons I can't post all the pictures, but I would be happy to send them or showing during the video-call.
