Im Keller befinden sich noch Waschmaschinen, Trocker, ein Trockenraum, und ein Fahrradkeller. Im Wohnheim gibt es noch eine Art Clubhaus mit Dachterasse, in dem sich eine weitere öffentliche Küche befindet, ein Lernraum und ein Innenhof.
