Zentralste Wohnung Berlins zur Untermiete (02.03-12.07)

Es handelt sich hier um ein 38 qm Studioapartment im Bezirk Mitte (Bereich Alexanderplatz). Der genaue Preis davon ab, wieviel Zuschlag die Wohnungsbaugesellschaft als Untermietzuschlag verlangt. Insgesamt sollte die Warmmiete (inkl. WLAN/GEZ/Strom) jedoch nicht vrs. 550 € übersteigen. Die Wohnung ist keine Luxuswohnung und von draußen kann es manchmal auch etwas lauter werden. Dafür hast du sehr ruhige Nachbar*innen im Haus, einen besonderen Blick aus dem Fenster und die beste Verkehrsanbindung Berlins. Ich möchte kein Geld mit der Untermiete verdienen, erwarte jedoch dass man pfleglich mit der Wohnung umgeht und meine Nachbar*innen, die es gerne eher leise haben, nicht ärgert.

This is a 38 sqm studio apartment in the Mitte (Alexanderplatz area). The exact price depends on how much the housing association charges as a subletting surcharge. However, the total warm rent (incl. WLAN/GEZ/electricity) should probably not exceed 550 €. The apartment is not a luxury apartment and it can sometimes be a bit noisy outside. But you have very quiet neighbors in the house, a special view from the window and the best transport connections withiBerlin. I don't want to earn money with the sublet, but I expect that you treat the apartment with care and don't annoy my neighbors, who like it rather quiet.
