Eine nette Untermieterin wird sich in meiner schönen,hellen,ruhigen Altbauwohnung mit abgezogenen Dielen,großer Küche, großem Bett etc. sehr wohlfühlen. In der Nähe ist ein See am Wald, in dem baden Kann. Das Ufer vor der Tür lädt zum joggen und spazieren gehen ein. Die Whg liegt zentral ca. 1-2min. vom U-Bhf und 5-8min. von der Ringbahn entfernt. Ich studiere momentan in einer anderen Stadt und komme wahrscheinlich an den WE. Mein Kater Barny ist ein ganz lieber und treuer Geselle=> Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
