Jannowitzbruecke), gute Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten (Netto am Haus, Lidl und Rewe sowie Alexa Center in wenigen hundert Metern Entfernung). Whg liegt in der 9. Etage und ist voll eingerichtet inkl. Geschirr und Bettwaesche. Bin flexibel in der Vertragsgestaltung, der Mindestzeitraum sollte je bei einem Monat liegen. Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Keller vorhanden. Aufgrund schlechter Erfahrung muss ich auf einer Endreinigungsgebühr von 100 EUR (bei Aufenthalt von nur einem Monat 50 EUR)bestehen.
Fully equipped apartment/studio with balcony in the heart of Berlin in 8 min walking distance to Alexanderplatz; grocery shopping across the street and more shops within a few hundred meters; located next to subway stations of U5 and U8 lines and S-Bahn; to rent out on monthly base (minimum for one month). Laundry and dryers are available in the basement of the building.
After some bad experience I charge 100 EUR for the final cleaning or 50 EUR for a one month rent.
