It is a studio Apartment with a small kitchen and bathroom. It has everything someone could want. Washer, refrigerator, microwave, 2 hot plates, silverware, water cooker, pots, pans, a desk, 2 pull out sleeper couches and a nice cozy atmosphere. It also has Internet.
The location is optimal, really fantastic, and it's a shame I have to leave. The apartment is located on the southern side of the Museumsisland across the street from the European school of Business Management and about 2 min walk to the Berliner Dom and the Museums of Museumsisland. It's a leisurely 4 min walk to Spittelmarkt U-Bahn and it's close to stations on the 147, 100, 200 and TXL bus lines since it is so close to Unter den Linden.
I'll be away from town and will be renting it from Feb 11- Feb 24.
The rent will be 175 Euros with 100 Euro Caution.
