ich gehe 6 Monate ins Ausland und suche einen Zwischenmieter, frühestens ab 4.3., spätestens ab 12.3., in jedem Fall bis 30.09.
Die Wohnung ist groß, auch für zwei geeignet und/oder 1+Kind; die Lage zentral, Nähe UBahn und Tram, die Gegend ruhig und schön. Die Miete ist leider wirklich etwas hoch (480EUR gesamt), aber es ist alles da:
Terrasse/kleiner Garten, TV, Internet, Badewanne, Telefon, Grillplatz usw.
Das Zimmer hat ein Hochbett, aber auch unten Platz zum Schlafen.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn sich jemand findet.

Hallo,
I want to rent my flat from 4th March (or latestly 12.03.) til 30.09.2011. It is perfect for 1 person but also two or more, even children find space and bed.
The flat is in Mitte, city centre but in a quiet and nice area, all public transports are near.
