Ich vermiete meine 1 Raum Wohnung für 2 Monate. Großes Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Couch, Stereo und W-Lan. Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Küche mit Esstisch und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, zwischen Mauerpark und Kastanienallee, gleich neben dem Zionskirchplatz und Arkonaplatz. 3min zur Tram M1 die dich in 10min zur Schönhauser Allee oder Hackeschen Markt bringt. U2 Eberswalderstr. ist die nächste U-Bahnstation. Ein Kaisers Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Haustür sowie diverse Essen und Ausgehgelegenheiten auf der Kastanienallee.
Es ist eine Nicht-Raucher Wohnung, wobei am Küchenfenster auch schon mal geraucht werden kann, keine Partywohnung und perfekt für Singles oder Päärchen.
Die Miete beträgt 450 Euro pro Monat plus Kaution wenn die ganze Zeit gemietet wird. Falls die Wohnung nur über Weihnachten und Neujahr benötigt wird (3 Wochen), so steigt die Miete auf 550 Euro.

Im renting my centrally located flat incl. Big room, couch, double bed, stereo, wlan, kitchen, washing machine, eating table, shower and bath, Its situated between Kastanienallee und Mauerpark, around the corner from Zionskirchplatz in Prenzlauer Berg. Nearby stations are: U2 Eberswalderstr, Tram M1 Schwedterstr. which takes you directly to Hackescher Markt in 5min. Its a non-smoking flat (exeptions can be made by smoking at the kitchen window) and no partyplace perfect for singles and couples. The rent is 450 euro per month plus deposit of 300 euros if you want to rent for 2 months. If you only want to stay over christmas and new years the rent is 550 euros (3 weeks).
