Room with a bathroom for students/ interns

I intent to sublet my place for the period

beginning of February - end of July 2012.

It is one small, fully-furnished room with a bathroom (wash basis, WC). The kitchen and showers are at a distance of a few meters and are common to a few people living in the first floor. So actually this is something between a "WG" and a flat: you only share the kitchen (which is really big) and showers (there are 4, so there is no queueing).

Placed in the very city center, close to the Hauptbahnhof, about 15 minutes from the Humboldt University. Its about 18 m2, I do not know exactly. It is quite small, but not so small that you cannot move.

The rent is only 220 EUR a month, so 220*6=1320 EUR for the whole period of 6 months (there is no Internet but I use prepaid internet and it works fine, I pay 10 EUR/ a month for it + the stick at the beginning).

There will be a "Kaution" and I will ask you to pay you for the whole period of 6 months at the beginning (with a contract obviously, and a confirmation that you have paid me) - I know it may be a problem for some people, but I will spend the whole time abroad, so I wouldnt have time to control whether/ get worried about your paying or not.

The place is great because of its location and prize. Its not crowdy or noisy, a good place if you are looking for a place to spend 6 months e.g. during a traineeship or your Erasmus semester.
