Ich möchte meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung ab 20. August bis 31. August vermieten. Die Wohnung ist 37 m2 mit Balkon. Es liegt in der Mitte von Berlin, am Nordbahnhof. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und verfügt über ein bequemes Doppelbett, Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Küche, Toilette und Balkon.
In der nähe ist Nordbahnhof (S25, S1, S2), Tram (M8, M10) und Natrkundenmuseum (U6). Viele cafes und resturant sind zu füß in ca 5 min erreichbar (Tor Strasse, Oranienburger strasse, Freidrichstrasse...).
Die Miete kostet 30 Euro Pro tag, lieber für die ganze 11 Tage, aber auch für kurzere Zeit.

Hey 
I want to rent my 1 room apartment starting the 20th of August till the 31st. The apartment is 37 meter squared with a balcony.
It is located in the heart of Berlin (Mitte) directly near Nordbahnhof (where part of the wall resides). The apartment is completely furnished (Double bed, sofa, tables, closet, kitchen, toilet and balcony).
Regarding transportation connections, there is Nordbahnhof station in the near (S25, S1, and S2) as well as tram (M8 and M10) and Naturkundenmuseum (U6). Many cafés, bars and resturants are in the near in the city center area.
The rent is 30 euros per day, preferably for the whole 11 days, but daily rent is also possible as my friend will take care of that.
