Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und es bleibt alles drin was man zum wohnen braucht (TV, Geschirr, Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, etc.). Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einer Küche und eigenem Bad. Waschmaschine kann im Keller benutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt total zentral im Stadtteil Berlin - Mitte.
8 min zu Fuß zum potsdamer platz wo sich sämtliche Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 380€

im offering a 1 room flat for the period of 26. Dec 12 to the 1.April 2013.
The flat is fully furnished and includes everthing which is required to live in(TV, bed, desk, cupboard, dishes, etc.). The flat has also an own bathroom and kitchen. Washmashines are available in the basement.
The Flat is located in the center of Berlin - Mitte. It takes 8 min by feet to reach "Potsdamer Platz" where all kind of public transports are driving from.
The monthly renting fee is 380€ including energy and water.
