Ich tausche Berlin gegen London und vermiete deswegen meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Mitte.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im hellen 4. Stock des Hinterhauses, wurde vor zwei Jahren erst renoviert und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Ruhe des weiten Innenhofes kann man auf dem Balkon genießen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht: neuer Siemens Herd und Kühlschrank, Schränke für die Vorräte sowie Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen usw. Im ebenfalls neu renovierten Bad steht die Waschmaschine. Die Zentralheizung sorgt für wohlige Wärme wenn es kalt wird in Berlin. Internet/WLAN- und Festnetz-Flat stehen selbstverständlich auch zur Verfügung. Ich vermiete die Wohnung möbliert (mit sehr großem Einbauschrank, Stühlen, Tisch...).

Since I am moving from Berlin to London, I will be subletting my Mitte studio apartment.
The apartment is located in the 4th floor of the quiet courtyard side of the building. Everything was renovated just two yeas ago, so the flat is in a very good condition. You can enjoy the wide and quiet courtyard on the balcony. The kitchen provides with everything you need: new stove and fridge, utensils as well as space for supplies and other stuff. In the also newly renovated bathroom you will find the washing machine. There is central heating, landline telephone flat (Germany) and of course DSL wireless internet. I am letting the apartment furnished (with a very big built-in wardrobe, chairs, table...).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Mitte direkt am Arkonaplatz.
In fünf bis zehn Minuten kann man zu Fuß Mauerpark, Kastanienallee und Rosenthaler Platz erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es nur zehn Minuten bis zur Humboldt-Universität.
U8 (Bernauer Straße), M10, Tram 12, M8 sind ebenfalls in nur fünf Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Arkonaplatz ist sehr schön mit einem kleinen Park, Cafés, Restaurants, dem Markt am stets Freitag und dem Flohmarkt am Sonntag. Ein Haus weiter gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Späti. Der nächste Getränkemarkt ist direkt gegenüber. Kaisers, REWE, Aldi sind die nächste Supermärkte.

Located in Mitte just off Arkonaplatz, the apartment is in a nice and safe neighborhood.
Within in 5 to 10 minutes by foot you will be at Mauerpark, Kastanienalle and Rosenthaler Platz. By bike it will take you just 10 minutes to Humboldt University. Subway U8 (Bernauer Straße), Trams M10, M8 and 12 within 5 minutes as well.
Arkonaplatz is very nice with a small park, cafés, restaurants, farmer's market on fridays and the flee market on sundays. Bakery and off-licence just next-door. Different supermarkets around the neighborhood.
Was die Zwischenmiete betrifft: je länger, desto besser. Perfekt wäre also jemand, der bis Mitte 2014 die Wohnung nimmt.
Die Miete beträgt 600 EUR warm, inkl. Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet und Nebenkosten. Kaution beträgt 600 EUR.
