Ich werde drei Monate lang nicht in meiner Wohnung sein und möchte sie in dieser Zeit in guten Händen wissen.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 46 qm. Diese verteilen sich auf ein großes Zimmer, eine Küche, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und einen Flur. Zusätzlich gibt es einen schönen Balkon auf dem man nachmittags und abends Sonne hat. Die Wohnung ist dank großer Fenster recht hell.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Das bedeutet für dich:
-Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Tisch mit Stühlen, Einbauküche, Herd mit Cerankochfeld, Basics an Kochutensilien und Geschirr
- Bad mit Waschmaschine, Regal, großer Ablagefläche und Dusche
- Zimmer mit Sofa, kleinem Schreibtisch, großem Regal, mehreren Kommoden und Doppelbett
Vom Balkon (auf dem natürlich geraucht werden darf) aus blickt man auf einen ruhigen Hinterhof mit schöner Begrünung.
Generell ist es eine ruhige Wohngegend. Die Wohnung ist also eher zum Lernen oder Auskatern als zum Party machen geeignet. Meine Nachbarn sind etwas empfindlich was Lautstärke betrifft. Darauf musst du Rücksicht nehmen können.

My apartment will be free for three months and I want to make sure it's in good hands during that time.
The apartment has 46 square meters, spread over one big room, a kitchen and a big bathroom with a shower. Additionally there's a nice balcony. Generally the place is quite bright because of some huge windows.
The apartment is furnished. What that means to you:
- kitchen with a big fridge, a desk with chairs, built-in kitchen, stove, basics of cooking stuff and dishes
- bathroom with washing machine, shelve, space for additional storage and shower
- big room with couch, writing desk, big shelve, multiple drawers and a double bed
You have a nice view from the balcony (where you can smoke).
Generally it's a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is more of a place to study or to get over your hangover than to throw parties. Regarding my neighbors you have to know they like normal to quiet sound levels, so you should be able to respect that.
Super zentrale Lage quasi direkt am Mauerdenkmal Bernauer Straße, welches auch die Grenze zwischen Mitte und Wedding markiert. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Hinterhof auf Weddinger Seite.
Zur U-Bahn-Linie U8 sind es zu Fuß keine 3 Minuten. Die Straßenbahn M10 fährt an selber Stelle.
Bis zum Alex sind es mit der U-Bahn knapp 5 Minuten, die M10 fährt einmal quer durch Prenzlauer Berg und Friedrichshain, wo man bekanntlich viele Clubs und Bars zum Feiern findet.
Der S-Bahnhof Nordbahnhof ist auch innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu erreichen.
Zum Mauerpark sind es zu Fuß höchstens 10 Minuten, aber dann läuft man schon langsam. Bis zur Schönhauser Allee ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung.
Bis zum nächsten Späti braucht man nicht lang, Kaisers ist direkt um die Ecke. Zu Rewe läuft man ein paar Minuten.
Ansonsten findet man alles, was man an Cafés und Restaurants braucht, nur ein paar Ecken weiter.

As central as it gets, rigth next to the monument of The Berlin Wall, which also marks the border between the two districts Mitte and Wedding. The apartment lies in Wedding.
You don't even need 3 minutes to the next underground line (U8) and tram M10.
With U8 you need 5 minutes to Alexanderplatz. The M10 is taking you straight through "in" areas Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain where you can find plenty of clubs and bars.
Walking to the next S-Bahn station only takes 5 minutes.
If you're taking a walk to Mauerpark, you'll need ten minutes, but will probably be there quicker. And it's not far to Schönhauser Allee.
The next night kiosk is nearby. One supermarket s right around the corner, the other one will take you a quick walk.
Besides that you will find nice cafés and restaurants nearby.
WICHTIG:
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Im Haus selber wohnen einige ältere Menschen, die gern ihre Ruhe haben. Zudem ist es relativ hellhörig.
Ich suche jemanden, der damit gut klar kommt und sich entsprechend respektvoll gegenüber den Nachbarn verhält.
Das bedeutet: keine krassen Parties, keine bis zur maximalen Lautstärke aufgedrehte Musik.
Die Wohnung verfügt NICHT über einen Internet-Anschluss. Das kannst du aber natürlich durch einen Internet-Stick ändern. Außerdem gibt es gleich um die Ecke in der Brunnenstraße ein Internetcafé.

ATTENTION:
The neighborhood is very quiet. There are a couple of older people living in the house that like it quiet. Adding up to the house has what you could call thin walls.
That's why I'm looking for somebody who can arrange herself/himself with the neighbors needs of normal noise levels and is behaving respectfully. Which means: no big parties, no music turned up to the max sound volume.
The apartment has NO internet connection. If you want/need internet, you can get an internet stick. And there's internet café right around the corner.
