Hallo Zimmersuchende,
ich hätte für fünf Wochen meine kleine Einzimmerwohnung in Moabit an eine/n Zwischenmieter/-in abzugeben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Etage im Hinterhaus und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Holzdielen, separater Küche und einem kleinen Bad.
I am subletting my little studio apartment in Berlin-Moabit for five weeks. The apartment (one room, separate kitchen with washing machine and a small bathroom) is situated in a small side street and faces the courtyard, making it a rather tranquil location. Various supermarkets, cafés, bars, spätis and a beautiful old market hall are within a short walking distance. Tiergarten park and the river Spree are close by, U-Bahn (U9, Birkenstraße) and S-Bahn (S41/S42, Westhafen) stations are just a few minutes away.
Durch die Lage zum Innenhof in einer kleinen Seitenstraße ist es sehr ruhig. Der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber, ein großes Edeka-Center sowie diverse Cafés, Bars, Spätis und Läden sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Tiergarten, das Spreeufer und die hübsche Arminiusmarkthalle sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt – ebenso schnell sitzt man aber auch in der U9 (Birkenstraße) oder Ringbahn (Westhafen), wenn man die Insel Moabit verlassen möchte.
Der Preis bezieht sich auf eine fünfwöchige Zwischenmiete. Haustiere sind laut Mietvertrag leider nicht gestattet. Wenn die Wohnung Dein Interesse geweckt hat oder du Fragen hast, schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht!
