Bei der Wohnung handelt sich um eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt gegenüber des Roten Rathauses. Ich würde alle Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände in der Wohnung lassen. Es gibt also eine voll eingerichtete Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle etc.. Zudem steht in der Wohnung ein großes Bett (2,0*1,8m), ein antiker Schrank, 2 Kommoden, ein großer Schreibtisch, ein Sessel und mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Die Wohnung besticht vor allem durch die sehr gute Lage. Aus dem Fenster sieht man direkt auf das rote Rathaus und den Fernsehturm. Zum Alexanderplatz läuft man in 3 Minuten, zum Hackeschen Markt etwa 5 Minuten. Die Verkehrsanbindung könnte also nicht besser sein. Außerdem liegt das Haus im Nikolai-Viertel - der sogenannten "Altstadt" von Berlin. zwei mal wöchentlich findet hier ein Wochenmarkt statt und es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen.
