furnished and equipped with a single bed (with blanket and pillow, linen), sofa, carpet, wardrobe, TV table and TV. The room is very
bright, has large French windows to Alexanderstr., with the view of the street life. Despite the direct location on the street, the room is quiet. The rent is 600,-- flat and a deposit of 600 euros is also payable. The rental period can be extended for four months. The bathroom, the kitchen and the storage room are also to be used. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is available for cooking. Bedding is there as well.

möbliert und ausgestattet mit einem Einzelbett (mit Decke und Kissen, Bettwäsche), Sofa, Teppich, Kleiderschrank, Fernsehr-Tisch und Fernseher. Das Zimmer ist sehr
hell, hat große französischen Fenster zur Alexanderstr., mit dem Blick auf das Straßenleben. Trotz der direkten Lage an der Straße ist das Zimmer ganz ruhig. Die Miete beträgt 600,-- pauschal und eine Kaution von 600 Euro ist ebenso zu bezahlen. Die Mietdauer ist vier Monate aber verlängerbar. Das Bad, die Küche und der Abstellkammer sind mitzubenutzen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles zum Kochen ist da. W-Lan ist vorhanden. Bettzeug sind ebenso da.
The location of the apartment in Mitte am Alexander Platz is brilliant. It's not more central. In the middle is a direct neighborhood of the three popular districts such as Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. The apartment is surrounded by everything you need to live. The optimal transport connection leaves nothing to be desired. Numerous S and Metros, trams and buses bring you fast and everywhere in Berlin and usually directly like the two airports, Ikea etc. Every lot of shopping at the door, the largest department store
Germany is at Alex, shopping mall ALEXA with 180 shops, Saturn, Primark is in front of the nose. Supermarkets all a couple meters from the apartment. Die Lage der Wohnung in Mitte am Alexander Platz ist genial. Zentraler geht es nicht. Mitte ist direkter Nachbarviertel von den drei beliebten Bezirken wie Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain. Die Wohnung ist umgeben von allem was man zum Leben braucht. Die optimale Verkehrsanbindung lässt nichts zum Wünschen übrig. Zahlreiche S- und U-Bahne, Trams und Busse bringen einen schnell und überall in Berlin hin und meistens direkt wie zum Beispiel zum beiden Flughäfen, zur Ikea usw..
