i would like to rent my cosy flat for one month period from 15th,Sep-15th,Oct, for 500€.
This flat locate in the 8th floor and although 20 square meter, it comprises an independent bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living/sleeping room and a fantastic balcony from there you have a whole view of the Berlin most famous touristic sights. Moreover beath the balcony there is a huge peaceful lawn. Therefore you could wake up every morning in the sunshine and in the singing of birds:)
This flat is situated between Wittenberg Platz ( the center of west Berlin, complex living, shopping and office area) and diplomatic area where surrounded by the Tier Garten and the Landwehrkanal.
5 min walk to Wittenberg Platz, 10 min walk to Zoologischer Garten and 2 min far from Bus Station where you can in 8 min arrive Potsdamer Platz.
The ideal tenant should have a student status, clean, organized, no smoking (or occasionally in the balcony), no pets, and obey the general rules of living in Germany (10pm--7pm be quite for the neighbors ). Take care of the furnitures and the kitchen equipments.
Just for one month, may appropriate for the intern, the tourist or the other student who need the transitional period to looking for a longterm residence.
