We are subletting, for a minimum stay of 6 months, a fully furnished, freshly renovated, and non-smoking 1-room single apartment/granny-flat directly at Kastanienallee in Berlin Mitte. It's an eat-in kitchen, with a private bathroom and has a separate entrance. It's not suitable for couples because there is only a small bed (1,95mx90m). Please note, there is only a small portable cloth washing machine on site.
The area around is a very lovely and nice neighborhood, it's directly at the border of Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. Nearby are: Rosenthaler Straße, Eberswalder Straße, Mauerpark, Torstraße, Arkonaplatz and Oderberger Straße.
We are a young family with 2 young children an almost school boy and an almost teenager boy and we live door to door. Your apartment has it's own entrance but also a door to the rest of the flat where we live, which is closed.
