Ich biete meine 1 Zimmer-Wohnung für die Dauer meines Urlaubs zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung ist hell und ruhig, das Wohn/Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppel-Fenster zum Innenhof.
Es gibt ein großes Bett und eine gemütliche Couch (mit Schlaffunktion).
Ich habe einen großen Schreibtisch und einen alten Fernseher, beides kann gerne genutzt werde.
Das Bad ist eher klein, aber es gibt alles was man braucht :)
In der Küche steht ein Tisch für 2 Personen, Stühle, eine Waschmaschine, ein Gasherd und ein Kühlschrank.
Bitte fragt, wenn ihr irgendwelche Details braucht.

The flat has one big living/bedroom with a kingsize bed, a cosy couch (its also possible to sleep on it), a TV, a huge working desk. Its a bright, quiet room. The kitchen has a table with two chair, a fridge, a cooker/oven. Nothing special, but perfect for a cheap stay in Berlin, without annoying hostels dorm rooms. :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Grüntaler Straße.
Gegenüber gibt es einen Spielplatz mit Tischtennisplatten und Basketballkorb.
Lidl ist ungefähr 6min zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten ist ein Späti um die Ecke und auch eine Tankstelle.
Die Tram fährt ziemlich genau vor der Haustür ab. (M50 u. M13)
Die S-Bahn Station Bornholmer Straße erreicht ihr in 5min.
Ansonsten kann man auch mit Tram und S-Bahn die Linien U9, U2, U8 schnell erreichen.
