Subletting my 1-bedroom apartment in Mitte

Hello everyone,

I am offering my very centrally located, bright 1-bedroom apartment for the period from September 2018 to the end of February 2019 in exchange for a room or an apartment in Paris.

The apartment is fully furnished, and includes a small, newly installed kitchen (with a coffee machine) and a bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower and washing machine. The underground and buses are 2 minutes away by foot. Thus the apartment is perfect for a Master’s student or an intern who prefers to have a calm private place, but also wants to take advantage of the city life. Out of respect for my neighbors, I am not looking for a 'party animal‘ but a rather calm, clean person. Also it’s a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
The total price will be 600€/month, which covers all other bills (wifi, utilities etc.).

I am a 24 year old Master’s student and will complete my mandatory exchange semester in Paris. I am looking for an apartment with one or more nice roommate(s) that is close to a metro station. (The rent should not exceed 600€.) I speak French and English fluently and love to bake. I am a very open-minded, outgoing person and would prefer a shared apartment with an active community life, such as joint cooking evenings. :)
