Hallo zusammen,
da ich ein Auslandssemester mache, vermiete ich meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in der Zeit vom 01.09.2018 bis 01.01.2019.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Flur, einem etwa 20m² großem Zimmer mit einem großen Bett (140x200), einem Bad mit Dusche und einer Küche (inklusive Waschmaschine). Sie ist vollständig möbliert (s. Fotos), wobei ich natürlich alle meine persönlichen Gegenstände für die Zeit herausräumen werde, damit du genug Platz für deine Sache hast.
Ein Fernseher (Kabel) und Internet (DSL) sind natürlich auch vorhanden.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie im 1. Hinterhaus liegt. Durch die großen Fenster ist sie auch sehr hell.
Du hast Interesse oder noch weitere Fragen? Dann schick mir einfach hier eine Nachricht, schreib mir eine SMS/WhatsApp oder ruf einfach direkt an. Dann können wir auch gerne einen Termin vereinbaren, an dem du dir die Wohnung auch einmal persönlich angucken kannst. Oder ich führe dich auf Skype durch deine vielleicht zukünftige Wohnung. :)
Ein weiteres großes Plus an dieser Wohnung ist ihre zentrale Lage in Berlin-Mitte, in der Nähe vom Prenzlauer Berg. Sie liegt direkt am U-Bahnhof Bernauer Str. Dadurch bist du mit der U8 in nur 5 Minuten am Alexanderplatz oder mit der Tram M10 in nur 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Die Ringbahn (Gesundbrunnen) kannst du in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichen.
Fußläufig befinden sich etliche angesagt Bars, Restaurants und Clubs, zum Beispiel am Rosenthaler Platz (10 Minuten zu Fuß) oder im Prenzlauer Berg (etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß). Ach so, und sonntags bist du nach einem nur 5-minütigen Spaziergang schon im Mauerpark. ;)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Norma, Lidl) befinden sich auch in der Nähe, für den schnellen Einkauf reicht auch der Asia-Shop direkt vor der Tür.

Hi there,
I will rent my flat (1 room) from 01.09.2018 until 01.01.2019.
The flat consists of a small hallway, the main room (about 20m²) that includes a big bed, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. I will rent the apartment completely furnished (see photos) and I will of course move out all of my personal belongings, so there is enough room for your things.
It also includes a TV (with cable-TV) and internet (DSL).
All in all the flat is really quiet because it’s located in the backyard (Hinterhaus). The big windows also let a lot of light in.
Another perk of this apartment is its central location in Berlin-Mitte, close to Prenzlauer Berg. The flat is located directly at the U-Bahn station Bernauer Str. This way you can reach Alexanderplatz in only 5 minutes by metro (U8) or the main station in only 10 minutes by tram (M10). Also you're at the Ringbahn (Gesundbrunnen station) in under 5 minutes.
There’s also a lot of bars, restaurants and clubs in walking distance. For example, it takes you just 10 minutes to walk to Rosenthaler Platz or about 15 minutes to Prenzlauer Berg. And of course, let’s not forget about the famous Mauerpark that you can reach in just about 5 minutes.
Nearby there’s a couple of different supermarkets like Rewe, Norma and Lidl, but the Asia-Shop in front of the building is also good for buying some groceries quickly.
