Nice Apartment in the heart of Berlin close to Alexanderplatz. The Apartment is in the 8th Floor with a nice balcony facing the inner courtyard. You have a small kitchen corner to prepare some basic food with a microwave and nice bathroom with toilet and shower.
The basement provides a washing room with shared washing machines (charged).
I'll move out on the first of december and you can take over the flat permanent, therefore you need to be a STUDENT (!) It's not furnished (bed&closet can be sold and taken over)
You can take a look at my flat this weekend preferred in the noon. If you like you can take a over a closet with a mirror from IKEA.
To suggest you to the property management I need the following documents:

In der Nähe vom Alexanderplatz, also sehr zentral und man ist schnell im Volkspark Friedrichshain zum Entspannen oder wenn man etwas lebhafter will in der Torstraße.
Im Haus befindet sich ein Supermarkt (Netto) und ein Bäcker, der auch sonntags geöffnet hat.
Es gibt zwei Aufzüge und auch Tram Anbindung.
