Zur Zwischenmiete bieten wir dir/euch unser wunderschönes Appartment in Berlin Mitte an.
Es ist ganztägig lichtdurchflutet (Fenster vom Boden zur Decke), durch die Fußbodenheizung ist es immer gemütlich warm und obendrauf hat es einen tollen Blick auf den Fernsehturm vom Balkon aus.
Die Küche zum Wohnzimmer offene ist vollständig ausgestattet mit Herd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mirkowelle und einem großzügigen Küchentresen.
Die Wohnung ist eingerichtet mit einem Sofa, Esstisch & Stühlen, großem Kleiderschrank und einem 1,40m Bett (Schlafzimmer durch Schiebetür abgetrennt).
Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Duschwand und einem Deckenfenster.
Im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug, einen Fahrradkeller und die Nachbarn sind ruhig und nett.

We are renting our beautiful apartment in Berlin city center for 2,5 months (Dec 18-Feb 19).
It is luminous throughout the day (windows from the ceiling to floor), has an underfloor heating which makes the flat very cosy and on top you have a stunnig view of the TV-tower from the balcony.
In the kitchen (which is open to the living room) you have a stove, ov, microwave, fridge and a dish washer.
The appartment is equipped with a sofa, table &chairs, wardrobe and bed (1,4m) and between living room and bedroom, there is a sliding door.
In the bathroom there is a bath tub and a window in the ceiling.
The house has an elevator, bike cellar and nice neighbours.
