Ich biete eine wunderschöne, helle, gemütliche Wohnung im Herzen von Berlin.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten. Sie hat ein kleines Schlafzimmer und eine große Wohnküche.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus und ist somit, trotz zentraler Lage, sehr ruhig.
Die Miete entspricht meinen aktuellen Kosten. Es könnte also eine Mieterhöhung bei Auszug erfolgen, jedoch ist die Miete an den Mietspiegel gebunden und dürfte somit nicht viel höher werden.

This flat is a cozy place in the middle of Berlin. It has a huge living room with open kitchen and a small room where you can sleep. The flat is in the backyard, so even if you are in the center of the city, you have a quiet place.
Der Rosenthaler Platz ist nur 7 minuten zu Fuss entfernt, genauso wie der Weinbergspark.
Supermarkt, Cafes, Bars, Restaurants und Shops, sowie der Mauerpark befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die U8 Stationen U Rosenthaler Platz und U Bernauer Strasse sind jeweils ca 5 minuten zu Fuss entfernt.
Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Alexanderplatz oder Hauptbahnhof etc..
