Die Wohnung ist sehr hell mit einer großen Fensterfront in der Küche und großen Fenstern im Schlaf/Wohnzimmer.
Der Wohnbereich ist möbliert mit einem 140x200cm Bett, zwei Kommoden, und einem Schreibtisch mit bequemen Bürostuhl. Der Teppich in der Wohnung wurde vor zwei Wochen mit einem beigen ersetzt und ist sehr leicht sauber zu halten.
Im Gang befindet sich der Kleiderschrank mit einer breiten Hängestange und Schubladen. Hinter dem Schrank befindet sich etwas Stauraum für Koffer, Staubsauger usw.
Die Küche hat einen Küchentisch mit 4 Stühlen und eine Küchenzeile mit Stauraum für Essen und Geschirr.

The apartment is located in a newly renovated building located (with elevator) right off Friedrichstraße and next to U-Bahn Oranienburger Tor.
The apartment is very bright with a large window front. It is furnished with a bed, wardrobes and desk in the living space, a closet in the hallway and a dining table in the kitchen. The blue carpet was just replaced with a beige one two weeks ago. So it is almost brand new and very easy to clean
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden und befindet sich fußläufig von zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
