The flat has another small bedroom that will not be rented out, which technically makes this arrangement a "WG", where the "flatmate" is absent for 97% of the time. I do use the room occasionally, but rarely. I usually give notice before if I use the room at night.
The room is just by the entrance door (see the door on the right on the last photo), so I won't ever ahve to pass through your room.
This setup has been working well for the past years with no problems, as my current tenant can tell you if you come round to see the place.
