We rent out a bright and fully furnished apartment (approx. 40m²) in a charming old building from December 1, preferably until March 1, 2021. The house is under monumental protection and is located in the most beautiful city center of Berlin, only a few steps away from the Museum Island, the Spree and the Monbijou Park. It is also perfectly connected with the other parts of the city, as the train station Friedrichstraße is under 2 minutes walking distance. In the direct proximity there are also supermarkets (Rewe, Edeka, Bio Company), drugstores (Rossmann, dm), bakeries, fashion stores, the most emblematic places in Berlin...basically everything :)

The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. It has a hallway with a wardrobe and shoe closet. Next to the hallway there is a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a large living room with a working, sleeping and living area. If you work from home, we can provide you with our 24-inch monitor and a comfortable chair. We also leave you enough storage space in our built-in closet and provide you with a clothes rack if needed. There is a comfortable wooden double bed (140 x 200 cm) with comforters, pillows and sheets. In the living room there is also a comfortable couch with a sofa table.
There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a table and two chairs. You will find a large refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, induction plate, also enough cupboards, tableware etc.
