Es ist etwa 24qm groß und komplett möbliert mit einer Küche, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, und einem Esstisch. Das Bad hat eine schön große, ebenerdige Dusche. Das Appartment befindet sich im 5. Stock mit Aufzug. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine toll eingerichtete Community-Area. Die Inklusivmiete beträgt 799€ und deckt alle Kosten, inklusive eines eigenen Glasfaser-Internetanschluss.
Die Lage ist perfekt um jeden Punkt in Berlin schnell zu erreichen. Die S-Bahnstation Jannowitzbrück ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, hier fährt die Linie S3,5,7,9 sowie die U8 ab. In 10 Minuten ist man am Alex, in 15 an der Friedrichstraße.
Ich habe mich hier immer sehr wohl gefühlt, es gibt einen Scoutservice der sich jedes Problems sehr schnell annimmt. Es ist auch möglich zusätzlich ein Kellerabteil anzumieten. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt ein Jahr.
