I'm going out of Berlin for personal reason for a couple of weeks and sublenting my appartment for a short term if someone needs it.
It's a 1 Room Studio apartment in the center of Berlin in a new building. 10 minutes away from Alex. The apartment has a pantry kitchen and a terrace and own bathrooom.
Available: from middle of March till beginning of April (date are flexible)
Duration: 2 weeks (flexible)
Location: Center, Mitte / Pberg, Berlin
Plus: 10th floor with nice terrace
Price: 25€ per night (750 € / month)

Rent includes everything: Wohngeld , water, electricity, gas, heating, internet. No other extra fees.
There is a private shared garage for bicycle.
