Ich vermiete meine schöne und zentral gelegene 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Sommer für einen Monat unter, da ich in der Zeit nicht in Berlin bin. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum, einer Kleinen (seperaten) Küche, einem kleinen Bad und einem Vorraum. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen recht großen Balkon. Auch wenn die Aussicht nicht die tollste ist, auf jeden Fall ein Highlight der Wohnung, gerade im Sommer. Fahrrad kann im Hinterhof abgestellt werden.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung komplett möbliert unter. Auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und da ich sehr gerne koche, solltest du so gut wie alles wichtige vorfinden. Mit dem schnellen WLAN und dem großen Schreibtisch ist die Wohnung auf jeden Fall auch für HomeOffice geeignet. Kaution sind 500€
Ich werde so gut wie alles in der Wohnung lassen, aber Dir natürlich genügend Platz für dein Zeugs machen. Du solltest auf jeden Fall ein Grundmaß an Sauberkeit und respektvollem Umgang mitbringen. Und würde mich sehr freuen, wenn du meine Plannzen ab und an gießen würdest :)

I sublet my beautiful and centrally located 1 room apartment for a month as I am not in Berlin during that time. The apartment consists of a large room, a small (separate) kitchen and a small bathroom. In addition, the apartment has a quite big balcony. Even if the view is not the greatest, anyway a highlight of the apartment, especially in summer. Bicycle can be parked in the backyard.
I rent the apartment fully furnished. Also, the kitchen is fully equipped and since I love to cook, you should find just about everything important. With the fast wifi and a large desk, the apartment is also suitable for HomeOffice. Deposit 500€.
I will leave as good as everything in the apartment, but will make enough space for your stuff. You should definitely bring a basic level of cleanliness and respectful behavior. And I would be very happy if you would water my plants from time to time :)

Wohnung liegt in Mitte, aber ziemlich nah am Wedding. Prenzlauer Berg ist auch nicht weit entfernt und schnell erreichbar. Mehr oder weniger zwischen Reinickendorferstr U und Schwartzkopffstraße U. Zum HBF fährt ein Bus direkt vor der Haustüre in 6 min, also für Pendler super geeignet.

Apartment is located in Mitte, but quite close to Wedding. Prenzlauer Berg is also quite close. More or less between Reinickendorferstr U and Schwartzkopffstraße U. A bus directly in front of the door just takes 6 min to HBF, so super suitable for commuters.
