the main room is gonna be more empty for your things. the pics are not completely updated, i can send new ones. i will update it. there is a new comfortable double couch - bed (see in the picture).
2 rooms apartment (one big room, one kitchen, one bathroom and entrance).
The total price from 22/03 to 02/04 is 490 eu, all included, for the whole period.
Works nicely for one person or two (2 person: 650 euro), for the whole period.
You need to arrive punktlich the 22/03 at 17.00/17.30! if not possible we arrange the keys in another way, no problem.
You need to be on time. Or lets find a solution suitable for both of us (for example, keys at the spatkauf shop in front, or the night before,..).
No party flat. Wifi and gas heating (to keep on max 19 degree! as I do, as you can imagine....!) included. I am gonna check on that. So don´t do it bitte.
There are some music speakers available, careful with the volume though!

Der Gesamtpreis vom 22.03. bis 02.04. beträgt 490 eu, alles inklusive, für den gesamten Zeitraum.
Funktioniert gut für eine oder zwei Personen (2 Personen: 650 Euro) für den gesamten Zeitraum.
Bitte kommen Sie pünktlich am 22.03. um 17.00/17.30 Uhr an! Wenn dies nicht möglich ist, arrangieren wir die Schlüssel auf andere Weise, kein Problem.
Sie müssen pünktlich sein. Oder wir finden eine Lösung, die für uns beide passt (z. B. Schlüssel beim Spatkauf vor der Tür, oder am Vorabend,...).
Keine Partywohnung. WLAN und Gasheizung (um die Temperatur auf maximal 19 Grad zu halten! Wie ich es tue, wie Sie sich vorstellen können...!) inklusive. Ich werde das überprüfen. Also tu es bitte nicht.
Es sind einige Musiklautsprecher verfügbar, aber achten Sie auf die Lautstärke!
